This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the access and use of the website, mobile application and other services provided by Eva Farms, owned and operated by Eva farms, Gurgaon, India.
By using our website https://evafarms.in (the "Website"), mobile applications (the "Mobile App") or by availing any of our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use our website, mobile app or services.

1. The content on the Website and Mobile App including text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, downloads, data compilations and software is the exclusive property of Eva farms and protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other laws.
2. We may collect users' personal identification information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy available on the website forms an integral part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to collection and use of your information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
3. We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove any portion of the Website or Mobile App or any policy including rates, tariffs, booking facility at any time. We may also modify, suspend/cancel services, amenities or facilities mentioned on the Website/App at our sole discretion.
4. The Website, Mobile App or Services may be inaccessible or unavailable during periodic maintenance or updating procedures or due to unavoidable causes. We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform our obligations due to any event beyond our reasonable control.

1. Online bookings for rooms, venues or other facilities at Eva Farms can be made through the Website and Third-party partners and calls only based on availability. Also, offline bookings are accepted.
2. Rooms can be booked minimum 7 days prior to intended arrival date. Banquets, lawns and other venues can be booked minimum 14 days prior. Bookings cannot be made more than 3 months in advance.
3. All rates, tariffs and offers displayed at the time of booking will apply subject to availability and seasonal demand projections. We reserve right to modify rates without notice.
4. An advance deposit may be applicable on venue bookings as indicated during the booking process.

1. Cancellation of confirmed room bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival date via written request to avoid forfeiture of full booking amount.
2. For venue bookings, cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking date will receive 75% of the total amount as refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 14 days of booking date.
3. Refunds will be processed via same mode of payment within 7 working days after receiving the cancellation request. Bank reversal charges may apply.
4. In case of early checkout or no-shows for room bookings, no refunds can be provided.

1. Eva Farms shall not be liable for any personal loss, damage, illness or injuries suffered by guests arising due to circumstances outside its control or any force majeure events.
2. We reserve right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective from the date of being updated on the Website.
3. Any disputes arising in connection with availing facilities, offerings, services at Eva Farms shall be subject to interpretation under Indian laws and will be resolved through arbitration. Exclusive jurisdiction shall vest with Gurgaon courts only.
